Tisha
Hello I am Tisha and my husband is Arefin.
I have a son who is 2 years and 4 months old and I have been in the UK for 4 years.
Arefin
Before Taihan was born, we decided that we will teach him Bengali as well because he will learn English anyway. He's a very active child.

Very creative.
Arefin
Being bilingual, maybe they will use their brain more. It's very important to play with kids. That's how they learn. He tries to play mostly with cars. He is fond of cars. Other than that he loves colours.

The children from one to five, everything is developing. So you have to give time to your child. I sing nursery rhymes like "Ai Ai Chand Mama", "Aaye Tiye" "Aam Pata Jora Jora". We call every day back home. He talks with his grandma, grandpa. His uncle. All of his grandparents are from there so it's very important to communicate with them. I believe we did our best and now he can catch two languages. In future we would love to see him know more than one language. Knowing more languages is better, so there's no limit.
