Extensive touring in 2006 included shows with The Blackout and Dopamine, both of whom joined Kids In Glass Houses as supports to Lostprophets. "We've also shared the stage with such bands as The Used, Funeral For A Friend and Killswitch Engage," says Philips.

"It's all pretty damn exciting. Aside from that we've played with some of the country's best up-and-coming bands and we're loving every single minute."

In 2007, the band played the Full Ponty festival and released their debut single proper, Me Me Me.

At the end of the year it was announced that the band had signed a deal with legendary rock record label Roadrunner. A single, Easy Tiger, was released in March 2008. It garnered significant specialist press and radio interest.

The debut album, Smart Casual, was released in May 2008, preceded by a reworking of Me Me Me, entitled Give Me What I Want.

On 5 October 2009 a taster single for their second album, Young Blood (Let it Out) was released, then in March 2010 the single Matters At All was released, being A-listed on Radio 1 before the release of the album Dirt a week later.
