Chris - is going to the gym and then he's having a sports massage on his leg

Dave - is going to the gym again and then he is a guest speaker hosting an awards do for young achievers

Dom - is doing a gig with Aled this afternoon in Sheffield

Tina - has assorted meetings today and then she'll be catching up on some sleep

Sam - will be trying to shift the headache she's had for a day. And then off home for a little sleepy.

Matt - will be tying up a lot of loose ends and then catching a plane to South Africa

Aled - is coming back from Surrey after this ticket giveaway this morning
