Dave - is going to the Isle Of Wight for the day
Freya - is planning some fun for Liverpool
Dom - might go to the gym this afternoon and then he's packing for Liverpool
Tina - has work stuff to sort, then she's looking at some flats and tonight she has pilates
Aled - has playlist today and then he's going to look at something rather exciting in the online department
Matt - will also be going to playlist and then tonight he's going to dinner with a friend
Hi, it's Aled here. Every morning after the show Matt Fincham asks the team what they are doing that day. He then writes it up as a blog and posts it to the Radio 1 website and to The Chris Moyles Show Facebook page.
Matt forgot today, all the team have gone and I'm left looking at the blank email that was meant to contain everyone's activities. So here, to the best of my knowledge (aka guess) is what everyone's doing:
Chris - Being a radio superstar, will be hanging out with Elton John, Gary Barlow and Sinitta at his house playing Call Of Duty in their underwear. (Not sure why the underwear is important - that's just what they do).
Dave - will undoubtedly be doing 'assorted business' which is the phrase he often uses to give the impression that his life is dull. Nothing could be further from the the truth, Dave does in fact have a secret double life and the 'Comedy Dave' facade is there only to serve his Chris Moyles Show persona. In fact today, he has chartered a private helicopter and is flying to the nearest rainforest where he will team up with Bono and Sting in helping the delicate eco-system flourish that lives therein. (Incidentally he will be planting a further 25 trees to the rainforest's mass to make up for the fumes he used in flying to and from the rainforest).
Aled - is naturally the fun person of the team, who will spend the day selflessly helping those less fortunate than himself. This includes the homeless, old people and those still wearing last season's clothes.
Freya - Will be hard at work in the Radio 1 offices ensuring that someone will answer their phone tomorrow morning when we run the competition to hang out with our listeners in Liverpool this week.[[LINK TO COMP]]]
Matt - Will be to a lesser extent doing the same as Freya, but will be singing along to Radio 1 jingles in the process. This activity will be providing an abundance of joy to those who work with him in the office, least of all Aled. Who's also fun - did I tell you that?
Tina - will be hanging out with the sporting elite - pretending to be all social with the likes of Lewis Hamilton, David Backham and Usain Bolt but who will, in fact, be writing everything she sees down so that her sport bulletin will have that bit more detail over all her colleagues sport bulletins on other radio stations like ³ÉÈËÂÛ̳ Radio 2, or indeed 5 Live.
And... Dom - will be nursing his wife's finger.

Chris - is going to the gym and then this afternoon he's going to the cinema with his friend Imaginary Martin to watch Cowboys & Aliens
Dave - is going on a four hour speed awareness course
Freya - having a coffee with Chris and Aled and then planning our trip to Leeds
Aled - is meeting central this morning, then talking to callers following this morning's competition - he's then having lunch with Matt and Freya and then later going to the physio and training.
Matt - has lots of work to do in the office today and then tonight he's going to see Modestep at a gig in North London
Dom - is chosing his secret love and secret hate tracks and then isn't up to anything exciting this afternoon
Tina - is up to lots of work stuff and then she's going to a zumba class this afternoon and is going out to dinner tonight
Chris - has a meeting with big boss Ben and then he's going to the gym - it's his first day back, so has lots of meetings
Dave - also has a meeting and then he's going to go skating later on
Dom - is presenting the lunchtime edition of Newsbeat and then he'll be playing with his new puppy
Tina - is going through all her emails and then she'll be doing lots of exercise
Aled - is going through all the emails he got whilst he was off and then is planning our trip to Leeds
Freya - is gossiping with Aled about whats been happening while he's been off
Matt - is catching up with an old colleague and another very good friend tonight
Chris - has a busy day of odds and sods to sort out and then he's off on his holidays
Dave - has a voiceover for Coach Trip, then him and Dom are doing a gig in Weston-Super-Mare and then he's packing for his holidays
Dom - is going to the gig with Dave and then he's off on his holidays
Aled - is tidying his desk, deleting as many emails as possible and then making his way back to Aberystwyth
Freya - is sunbathing (in between rain) and then she's planning some exciting things for Sara's show the week after next
Matt - is looking forward to a stay-cation next week in the lovely United Kingdom and then the week after he's back for Sara's show
Tina - is getting ready to go to Ibiza
Chris - is recording the free download links, then he's got a haircut, he'll be shopping for holiday supplies later this afternoon, then he has physio and a training session and then he'll be collapsing in a heap and eating his tea
Dave - has some pre-holiday writing to finish off, he'll be putting some finishing touches to his game for tomorrow's show, and later he has a man coming around to quote for a bathroom
Dom - is writing and presenting the Oddbox, then he'll be devising his game, and this afternoon he'll be trying to BBQ in the rain
Tina - is up to work stuff, coming up with a game, getting her hair blow dried and then packing for Ibiza
Aled - will be preparing for the games tomorrow, then doing record company appointments and then preparing for his holiday
Matt - will be making sure everyone's games are suitable, going to yoga then tonight he's surprising his housemate with something rather fun for her birthday
Freya - is finishing off planning Dave & Sara Cox's week and then going to pick up her marriage licence
Chris - is going to the gym and then he's getting measured and weighed to find out how he's done post-Glastonbury on his health kick, then he has some bits and bobs to sort out and then he's going to a Radio 1 DJ meeting tonight
Dave - has some writing to do, then he's meeting his accountant, then he's on the Moan In with Richard Bacon on ³ÉÈËÂÛ̳ Radio 5Live, then tonight he has the Radio 1 DJ meeting
Tina - has work, waxing, a pedicure and will be buying a bikini later
Freya - is exchanging her new sequined bikini top
Matt - has the playlist meeting then tonight he's cooking dinner for a mate
Aled - is also going to the playlist meeting and then he's going home for a quick sleep before the DJ meeting tonight
Dominic's Dad is coming over this afternoon; they're thinking of buying a matching father and son bikini
Chris - is appearing on Fred Cauley's show on ³ÉÈËÂÛ̳ Scotland at 10.30 and then he's going to a special screening of Super 8 - and later he's going to have his feet looked at
Dave - it's his daughter Nicole's birthday today, so he'll be celebrating that
Dom - is going to the screening with Chris and then he'll be doing some fun stuff with his children
Matt - is going to the screening with Chris, then he's out for lunch and then tonight he's working on a sample mix
Freya - will be staying in the office working hard on lots of projects
Aled - is also off to the screening with the team and then he's going to see his physio and then he'll be working outdoors in the sun
Tina - is working all day on Radio 1 and ³ÉÈËÂÛ̳3 things
Chris - is going to the gym, then chillaxing after a busy weekend
Dave - is up to assorted business and then he's getting excited for his daughter Nicole's birthday
Dom - is presenting the lunchtime edition of Newsbeat and then he's taking his son horse riding
Tina - has a telly meeting and then she's presenting 60 Seconds tonight
