Portia Spooner is a home economist and recipe developer. She writes, develops and tests recipes for television, cookbooks, online and magazines, including working with Rick Stein on his cookbooks and 成人论坛 TV series. She has a great interest in adapting everyday recipes to make them gluten-free, as her daughter has coeliac disease.
