You always meet twice
My favourite drinking toast in Russian is Pod stolom uvidimsja, we'll meet again under the table. Which is exactly where you find yourself after too much vodka.

in Romanian we use to say "Noroc" (Cheers) or "Sa traim" (In our health!, "traim" means theoretically "live"), sometimes "Sa ne intalnim cu bine data viitoare" (Meet you in a good state of health next time)
In Catalan we say Salut! (literally "Health!"). And we add, of course in restricted contexts 'i ´Ú´Ç°ùç²¹ al canut' where ´Ú´Ç°ùç²¹ means power and canut means tube but metaphorically refers to a male organ, as well.
In Moldova we say "La multi ani" or there is a shorter one - "Noroc".
In Punjabi (India), we say Chak de,which means Cheers with lots of rigour and enthusiasm while drinking. Chak de means "bottoms up". So guys Chak de!
In Italy we say alla tua, alla vostra, to yours, or salute, health.
In Estonia we say "Terviseks" which means "For Health"
