Gemma is a 22-year-old from Essex who works as a classified sales executive.
She has a strong work ethic and has worked full-time since obtaining her GCSEs

Gemma describes herself as a happy person with a strong personality, adding
that she knows how to stand up for herself and others around her. She likes to
make people laugh and, although she admits to being quite talkative at times,
she thinks she can be fun to be around.

After a hard week at work, Gemma loves to spend her money on hair extensions,
nails, clothes and nightclubs. Money is clearly important to her and she
confesses that, along with her mum, this is one of the things she will miss the
most.

Cooking and cleaning are not, she says, her strong points but Gemma is hoping
that she will be able to brush up on these skills whilst living on the island.
