Making the team
Being a member of the Harlem Globetrotters is like being part of a big family. You have to support each other because you're always away from home and can be on the road for up to 10 months of the year.
You need to have a good character and good posture to be a good role model for young people these days.
Practise makes perfect
We practise every day when we're on the road and we even practise when we're at home. We practise two hours before every game and we even take our basketballs to our rooms and practise at night after the game.
The key to success
My own personal message is if you stay positive, if you stay calm and if you have a little bit of patience, this will always equal success in anything that you do.
