These celebrity success stories will totally inspire you to go for your goals
This week on we're discussing all things goals: setting them, achieving them and everything in between. And, if anyone knows about achieving them, it's these seven celebs. They weren't born successful, you know - they had to work for it, too.
Niall Horan
'I wanted to keep it a secret until it was out!' - Niall Horan on his surprise solo single
Greg finds out how Niall managed to keep his new track a secret from everyone.
When he was just 16, during his X Factor audition interview, said, “I wanna sell out arenas and make an album and work with some of the best artists in the world.” Well, 16-year-old Niall, we think 23-year-old Niall has some good news for you…
Liam Payne
Sent home from the Judges Houses stage of X Factor in 2008, Liam came back in 2010 and was given a second chance, ended up in and met now-girlfriend . If at first you don’t succeed, just come back bigger and better!
Gigi Hadid

“When I moved to New York I wanted to have a Vogue cover, I wanted to be on Food Network and I wanted to be on Ellen. And I’m on Ellen!” Gigi now has 20 Vogue covers and was on Food Network’s MasterChef Celebrity Showdown, as well as Ellen, so she’s basically winning at life.
Chance The Rapper
''Kanye - I cannot attribute it to any other person'' Chance the Rapper on the impact of Kanye West on his early career
Chance the Rapper reflects back on his early years with DJ Target on 1Xtra.
During a 2015 guest lecture at Harvard University, was asked about his life goals. His response? “I don’t really see myself ever needing a house in Paris or some freaky s**t like that. I just want to get old in Chicago and be with my homies and make dope music and randomly come to Harvard and give a lecture.”
With three Grammys under his belt, we’d say Chance has it covered.
Jessica Alba
You probably know Jessica Alba as an actress and founder of The Honest Company, which creates everything from eco-friendly nappies to washing detergent. But, what you most likely don’t know is that she was once a sickly child with chronic asthma and regular bouts of pneumonia.
“I was adamant about being a super hero," Jessica told the audience at Forbes’ Under 30 Summit in 2016. "I wanted, as a sick kid, to have superpowers and overcome anything and save the world.” It’s almost like she predicted her role as Fantastic Four’s Sue Storm – not to mention her place on Forbes’ Richest Self-Made Women List.
Kanye West
So hasn't ticked off everything on his Donda business chart yet, but he's made a pretty strong start with his Yeezy fashion line, music videos, short films, artist management via his GOOD Music family and a recently announced cosmetics line. We're sure there's plenty more to come.
Jennifer Lopez
No one ever said success would come easy, but was prepared to take chances for her dream. “My mom and I butted heads,” she told W magazine in 2013. “I didn’t want to go to college - I wanted to try dance full-time. So she and I had a break. I started sleeping on the sofa in the dance studio. I was homeless, but I told her, ‘This is what I have to do.'" Extreme, perhaps, but look at Jenny From The Block now.
