Jamie and Jess have been together for 3 years. They met when Jamie was decorating a house and spotted Jessica sunbathing in her front garden. He leaned out of the window and shouted at her. When she responded he went straight up to her to find out if she was single and when he found out she was, he wasted no time getting together! They got engaged on the London Eye.

Getting pregnant was unplanned but now Jess is pregnant they are both very excited about the baby who they have already named Oscar. Jamie is developing strong ideas about the birth and how he thinks things should be.

Jamie recently finished a course in LGV lorry driving which turned out to be a scam so he lost a lot of money. Determined to find work in time for the baby鈥檚 birth Jamie has recently found a new job as a door-to-door sales man.

When Jamie was three his father left his mum and he hasn鈥檛 seen him much since. Not having his Dad around is motivating Jamie to give Oscar a very different childhood.

Pain relief is the big challenge for both Jamie and Jess. He doesn鈥檛 want her taking any drugs during the birth seeing it as not necessary. In fact, he believes that Jess shouldn鈥檛 be putting anything into her body that could affect his little one and as everyone will be focusing on Jess鈥檚 wellbeing, someone has to look out for Oscar and that鈥檚 him.
